Return For Store Credit Policy

Exchange of merchandise or store credit accepted within 14 days of delivery, no cash back. Items must have tags attached and be in unworn condition. All jewelry, shoes and accessory sales are final. Any discounted merchandise is final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any/all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

To expedite the exchange process, we recommend first placing an order for the new item(s) you want before returning your original item(s). You can then ship back your original order for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

Bella's House does not provide free return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
